Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Monaco). Please allow 1 business day for processing before dispatch. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon on a Friday, or over a weekend, will be processed on the following Monday.

All delivery costs and options are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch. Total estimated time from order to delivery includes 1 processing day plus the delivery window above.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 2 business days before contacting us.

4. Tracking

A tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Carrier name and tracking details will be provided by email after your order is dispatched. If you have not received a dispatch email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@mynuchu.com.

5. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave instructions for re-delivery or collection. If the parcel is returned to us following failed delivery or customer refusal, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery charge may apply. If the customer does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to refund the order minus original shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us at support@mynuchu.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and photographs where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

8. Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries within the European Union and Monaco, no customs duties apply. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, local customs charges or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
