Returns & Refunds
Because our products are food supplements, your right to return them depends on whether the hygiene seal is intact. The rules below reflect your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014 and the hygiene exemption in Regulation 28.
Sealed, unopened products
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you'd like to return it for any reason. To start a return, email support@mynuchu.com with your order number before the 14 days are up. After we acknowledge your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to us, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We will refund the product price and the standard delivery cost (we cannot refund any premium or express delivery upgrade you paid for) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to place the order. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product was damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Opened products or products with a broken hygiene seal
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, partially consumed, or whose hygiene seal has been broken.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please email support@mynuchu.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage.
